Package Description
Session includes up to 2 hours of shooting time.
Clothing, concepts, and props are at the client’s discretion.
Hair and makeup are not provided by the photographer.
Client will receive no fewer than 5 digital images, though no specific quantity is guaranteed.
Client has the right to use the final images for personal use only, provided the images are not altered from their original state.
This session falls under the Model Agreement terms outlined below.

☐ If I decline private use, I grant permission for public use only, where my identity is not visible.
Clients may choose to opt out of specific sharing options; however, Focus Studios by Keith reserves the right to determine whether a session or concept will proceed based on release preferences and project requirements.
I understand that this agreement outlines the complete terms and conditions of services provided by Focus Studios by Keith.
I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this agreement in its entirety, ask any questions, and receive clarification before making any payment or signing.
By signing below, I confirm that I fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.

This contract constitutes the full understanding between Focus Studios by Keith (“Photographer”) and the Client. It supersedes all prior agreements or communications. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
A non-refundable 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your session.
Remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Cards, Cash App, or via website checkout.
Cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted.
Client agrees to communicate openly and cooperate for the best results. Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to client lateness, restrictions, or lack of cooperation.
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Focus Studios by Keith, protected under Federal Copyright Law.
Clients are granted limited personal rights to:
Share images on personal social media (unaltered and properly credited).
Print or gift images for personal, non-commercial use.
Altering, selling, or profiting from images without written consent is prohibited.
Required Credit: “Photo by Focus Studios by Keith.”
Client grants Focus Studios by Keith permission to use images for portfolio display, studio marketing, print/online advertising, and professional competitions.
Photographer may notify the client if an image is selected for publication.
Any commercial resale or distribution of images by the client requires written authorization and may be subject to a 20% royalty.
For professional or amateur models:
Models will receive 7–10 professionally edited images at no cost.
Additional edited photos may be purchased for $10 per image.
RAW image files are available for $100 per set of 20 images, delivered as-is with no editing or adjustments.
The photographer may, at their discretion, provide extra edited images or RAWs beyond the above limits, but this is not guaranteed or implied.
All model sessions — whether paid, TFP (Time for Photos), or portfolio-building — are bound by the same terms and conditions as standard client sessions under this agreement.
Focus Studios by Keith takes great care in capturing, editing, and delivering all client images. In the rare event that photographs are lost, stolen, corrupted, or destroyed prior to final delivery, the studio’s total liability shall be limited to a full or partial refund of all fees paid, based on the portion of work completed.
Once final images have been delivered, whether through online gallery access or digital download, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Clients are responsible for saving their delivered images after download. All client galleries remain active for one (1) year from the delivery date for viewing and download. After that time, galleries may be archived or permanently deleted without notice.
Clients are encouraged to share their photos but must:
Avoid filters, recoloring, or heavy alterations.
Include visible credit to Focus Studios by Keith when sharing online.
Remove any altered versions upon request.
Failure to comply may result in termination of usage rights.
Extended Usage Rights:
Clients who wish to use their images for business or promotional purposes may purchase additional rights:
Social Media Usage License – $50 per session: Allows posting of unwatermarked images for business, modeling, or personal brand promotion.
Full Commercial License – $100 per session: Permits use of images for advertising, paid content, product promotion, or resale.
These licenses extend usage rights but do not transfer copyright ownership. Proper credit (“Photo by Focus Studios by Keith”) must still be displayed on all posts or printed materials.
All images include standard professional editing (skin smoothing, color and tone correction, blemish removal).
Requests for extensive editing (body reshaping, background changes, artistic composites) are available for $10 per image, prepaid, and subject to photographer approval and ability.
If weather or unforeseen conditions prevent shooting, the session will be rescheduled at no charge.
If the client insists on proceeding against the photographer’s recommendation, no refund or reshoot will be provided for subpar results.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to the session for eligibility to reschedule.
Rescheduling after that point may incur a $70 fee.
Missed sessions or no-shows result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Clients are responsible for all wardrobe, hair, and makeup unless otherwise arranged.
If dissatisfaction with personal styling leads to a reshoot request, standard session rates apply.
Clients must bring any desired props. Forgotten props requiring reshoot will be billed as an additional session.
Client confirms all participation, poses, and themes are voluntary and entered into freely.
Drugs or alcohol are prohibited during sessions.
If inappropriate conduct, unsafe conditions, or unapproved requests occur, Focus Studios by Keith may terminate the session immediately without refund.
Each additional location beyond the package includes a $30 fee.
Clients are responsible for all admission, parking, or location fees and for securing necessary permits.
Travel beyond 25 miles may incur additional mileage fees.
Sessions are designed for the named client only.
Each additional person adds $50 and requires a signed release form.
If the client arrives late, the session end time remains as scheduled.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and forfeit the session fee.
Edited images are typically delivered within 1–5 weeks, depending on workload.
Clients will be notified via email if additional time is required.
General Preparation
Choose 3–6 outfits that make you feel confident and reflect your personality.
Avoid alcohol and get plenty of rest the night before your session.
Eat before your shoot and stay hydrated — modeling and posing take energy.
Arrive with hair and makeup ready unless professional styling has been arranged.
Avoid tight clothing before your session to prevent skin marks or lines.
Take a deep breath — you’re going to have a great session!
For Kids & Family Sessions
Please avoid giving children sugar or highly stimulating snacks before the session, as this can affect their ability to stay calm and focused.
Refrain from bringing extra guests or family members not involved in the shoot. This ensures safety, reduces distractions, and keeps the session running smoothly for everyone.
For All Clients – Safety & Conduct
Weapons, firearms, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing prior to the session for creative purposes directly related to the shoot.
All props or items brought must be safe, appropriate, and previously discussed with the photographer.
For Boudoir & Nude Sessions
Please ensure all areas are groomed or shaved as personally desired before your session.
Bring all intended props, lingerie, accessories, or wardrobe items you wish to include.
Respect and professionalism will be maintained at all times for both individual and couple sessions.
Enforcement of Studio Policy
Failure to follow any of the above guidelines, including the presence of unapproved individuals, weapons, drugs, or unsafe behavior, grants Focus Studios by Keith the full right to terminate the session immediately without refund.
This policy ensures the safety, professionalism, and comfort of all parties involved.
